This Tikka Titanium bolt handle suits the Tikka T3 and T3X models. It replaces the factory T3X bolt handle at a very competitive price.

Included

The Tikka T3/T3X bolt handle includes the tactical carbon fiber knob. You can add additional knobs with your purchase if you desire.

Test fitted

We use a specially made dovetail gage for test fitting all produced bolt handles prior to packing. In addition, each handle is inspected one-by-one to ensure each are completely free from any tooling marks, swirls, or post-machining blemishes.

Material

We use Grade 5 Titanium Alloy (Ti6Al4V) for the bolt handle and has CNC engraved lettering on dovetail specifying thread.

Installation

This part may not be a ‘drop-in’ fit for your individual rifle, some fitting may be required. Check this PDF for instructions.

This product is machined to tighter specifications compared with the factory original bolt handle. The shank where the stem meets the knob measures 0.452″. This results in a tight, zero-tolerance fit of the dovetail into the mating slot of the Tikka T3/T3X bolt handle to ensure a secure and positive lock.

In the majority of cases our titanium bolt handle will “drop-in-fit” and slot firmly into the bolt body without modifications. However note that this may not be the case for your rifle. This as a result of slight variations in the quality of manufacturing of your rifle. This is normal for all mass produced factory rifles.

Therefore it is possible that fitting your replacement bolt handle on your rifle requires some additional work. For example, minor filing or stoning of one or both angles of the handle. If unsure on installation, we strongly advise to have the job done by a qualified gunsmith.
