Return Order

Important!

  • This form simplifies the cancellation or return of your order based on the EU law 'Right of Withdrawel' 
  • This form applies ONLY to orders received by you within the last 14 days from the day of submitting this form that are delivered within the EU/EER.

You can only cancel orders that have not been shipped to you already. If you received an email that your order has been processed including a track & trace, it means you can not cancel your order anymore. In that case  you need to wait till you received your order and return it.

Please make pictures of the pacakage as received and the damaged products for reclamation at our logistic partner.

Please note the following:

  • Once submitted you will receive an email with further information and/or instructions from us.
  • You must return the product(s) within 14 days after this instruction email.
  • Please store the proof of your return shipment at a safe place for future reference.
  • All the cost of returning the items to us are at your own expense, except when:.
    • The product has been received damaged during transport.
    • The product has been received with a defect/malfunction.
  • In both cases we can ask for more information to decide if we need the product shipped back to us or not.
