Savage 10/110 Improved Extractor Ejector Kit (9 pieces)

This Savage 10/110 improved Extractor Ejector kit is a high-quality replacment kit for all Savage centerfire models based on the 10/110 action (not compatible with the Savage Axis) .

This kit is made from the best materials with the best finishes applied. If you encounter extraction and/or ejection issues with your OEM setup this kit may solve these issues. There are nine separate components in this kit which incorporate all the parts contained in the Savage bolt head.

We include two different weight springs for both the extractor and ejector. This maximizes the likelihood of the assembled bolt head functioning for all vintages and calibers. For instance this includes both OEM and aftermarket chamberings.

Compatibility

The Savage 10/110 Imporoved Extractor and Ejector kit is compatible with models: 10, 110, 11, 111, 12, 14, 114, 16, 116, and the Stevens 200.

The extractor is compatible with all factory chamberings, including cartridges with 0.390″ rim diameters (204 Ruger, 222 Rem, 223 Rem etc).

• Extractor machined from 17-4 stainless steel and to tighter tolerances than the OEM version
• Extractor Detent Ball made from 304 stainless steel and oversized
• Extractor Spring (x2) made from zinc-plated piano wire, one standard strength and one extra strength
• Ejector (0.0988″ diameter) machined from 17-4 stainless steel with a TiN coating (gold color)
• Ejector (0.1″ diameter) machined from 17-4 stainless steel, supplied as machined (silver color)
• Ejector Retaining Pin made from 316 stainless steel
• Ejector Spring (x2) made from zinc-plated piano wire, one standard strength and one extra strength

Installation

We manufacture this kit as a wholesale product for the trade. It is not designed as a ‘drop-in’ fit and a gunsmith may be well required. With the number of models and vintages of Savage rifles, variations exist between different bolt heads. Therefore, some components in this kit may require modification to fit and function in your specific rifle.
