Material
Lumley makes these bolt knobs from from genuine 3K carbon fiber composite and produces for tight tolerances, concentricity and squareness. That same material is used for expensive automotive parts, aerospace components and racing bikes.
Finish and maintenance
Lumley finishes the carbon fiber to a suitable non-glare matte finish with the basket weave pattern prominent.
To get rid of cosmetic scratches, polish the bolt knob with care and your knob will look like new again. Obviously, this is an advantage of the carbon fibre material over anodized aluminium which once scratched stays scratched.
Installation
Just screw the bolt knob on to the handle of your rifle.
